In response to user feedback, Incident Check now supports custom incident types. In addition to the pre-defined types: Injury, Loss, Spill, Theft, Equipment Failure, etc., users can now define their own type. We have customers using this for such as diverse as “Lightning Strike”, “Underground Line Hit”, and “Weight Overage”.
By defining your own incident types, you gain more control over exactly what is reported, as well as being able to see more in-depth trends and analysis, ultimately giving you better prediction tools for the future.
